Description
Create a porch banner as lovely as summer! 1. Punch small holes in precut banner pennants and string them together using hemp cord. Stick on gold letters to spell out the word “welcome”. 2. Stencil letters and numbers onto the pallet with white paint. Paint the sides of the pallet with white paint. 3. Screw in eyehooks to the bottom of the pallet. Attach chain. Connect the pallet to the chalkboard. 4. Use chalk marker to write on the chalkboard.
