Description
Let your ribbons run rings around a simple foam wreath base. Paint the base first—use acrylic paint from a bottle, not a can. Then, make lots of little ribbon loops, cinching them in the middle with craft wire (they’ll resemble a bow) and twisting to secure. Finally, push the ends of the wire into the foam.
