Skip the screams and make this Halloween ultra-cute! These monster shoes are sure to bring giggles galore. 1) Wrap a green boa around canvas shoes and secure with hot glue. 2) Cut a 12" strip of boa, loosely knot it and secure it to the shoe with hot glue. 3) Hot glue wiggle eyes the to top of knot. 4) Cut a smile out of tangerine felt and fangs out of white felt. Hot glue fangs to the smile, then hot glue mouth to the boa.
