Description
Step up your shoe game with fabric-covered footwear. First, the shopping list: fabric, fabric decoupage medium, embroidery floss, pins, scissors, foam brush, pencil. 1) Pin scrap fabric to tongue, and trace around it. Add 1⁄2” to sides and top. Use as template to cut fabric. 2) Decoupage fabric to tongue. 3) Whipstitch around top of shoe, and embroider word or phrase of your choice.
